| Butter
a baking rectangular pancake pan and set aside. |
| Melt
the rest of the butter and add the apple slices, sugar and cinnamon
and cook them together for about 5 minutes stirring constantly.
When the apples are slightly brown and the juices have evaporated,
remove from heat and keep aside. |
| In
a bowl place the sifted flour with the pinch of salt and start
adding the milk and eggs mixing well until you get a smooth
butter. |
| Place
the apples in even layers at the bottom of the buttered pan.
Place slices of the mango check on top. Cover with the egg butter
and bake in a pre-heated oven at 450 F for about 15 minute or
until the tart is done. |
| Let
it seat in a cooling rack and turn upside down in a tray covered
with fruit caulis and decorate with confectioner’s sugar
if desired. |

with hot chocolate, hot fruit punch or apple cider and have
a wonderful Christmas. |
